Associations are responsible for notifying the secretary and paying the treasurer for all teams registered after the fall general meeting.
Requests for refunds must be made using a Team Cancellation Form ONLY after the fall meeting.
Please register your associations predicted team numbers for the 2010-2011 Hockey Season. It is not necessary that these be 100% accurate and can be adjusted at the Fall Meeting. The information now will be used to plan for the upcoming season while the actual team numbers and registration fees will be confirmed and collected at the Fall Meeting.
